Dura Cleaning is more than just cleaning. We provide a wide range of property services and are looking for an experienced Office Assistant who can help us to continue growing and grow with us. We are a very small office and the position requires wearing a multitude of hats on a daily basis. We are looking for someone who can better organize how our office operates and keep it running smoothly.

Required Qualities & Qualifications:
-Proficient using QuickBooks
-Skillful with MS Office and typing
-Tech savvy
- Knowledge of leveraging social medial for marketing
- Incredibly attentive to detail
-A professional and positive attitude with a great sense of humour
-Superlative verbal and written communication skills
-Great customer service skills and a "can do" attitude
-Creative problem solver and solution innovator
-Flexible thinker

-Customer care
-Answering calls and emails; providing quotations and scheduling cleaning appointments
-Invoicing and organizing information
-Data Entry & Basic Bookkeeping
-Managing social media profiles and online advertising
-Assisting with recruitment and hiring process for cleaning staff
-Working on promotional materials
-This is not an exhaustive list and there is always something new to take on

Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Office Location: North Delta, BC (Just across the Alex Fraser Bridge)
